Complaints Procedure

DCArbMed aims to provide a high standard of service both in the arbitration/mediation and in respect of administration. 

If you are dissatisfied in any way, please contact DCArbMed via email on complaints@dcarbmed.com including your full name, the names of all the parties in the arbitration/mediation, the date of the arbitration/mediation, and any documents relevant to your concerns. 

All complaints will be acknowledged in writing within 5 working days of receipt. They will be investigated and responded to within 21 working days of receipt.

If you are unhappy with the outcome of your complaint then you can appeal:
